Review – Blood Knot by Tracy Cooper-Posey
Blood Knot by Tracy Cooper-Posey
Blood Knot is a darkly mysterious, incredibly sexy and amazingly thrilling read. Ms. Cooper-Posey has created characters with incredible depth and a story line with enough of a back story to keep you wondering which direction the next twist will come from. Winter is an incredibly strong and sexy woman with angst and just a dash of self doubt to make her an awesome heroine! Sebastian and Nathaniel (Nial), the sexy vampire duo, have an incredibly long and tumultuous history together. Sebastian is the loving, gentle, techno geek who has secretly been in love with Winter for years, while Nial is the staunch centuries old master manipulator who falls in love with Winter the minute he meets her. The love affair between the three main characters is so beautifully written and steamy that it only adds to the suspense of the overall story line.
This story is so well written that you easily believe in a world where vampires live on the fringes of our society…we, “humans” know they are there but are not ready to accept them. A society where vampires want to come out in the open on their terms, not be a tabloid story that causes hysteria! The intricate details make you sit on the edge of your seat and try to read fast and fast to see what will happen next. You find yourself talking to the characters, rooting them on to follow their hearts!
This is an awesome read and the first in a series. I cannot wait to devour the next!
